I am more than happy to tailor these even more should they need something very specific like rehearsal dinner coverage. The goal is simple - to capture not only your exquisite design but also the genuine spirit and emotion of the day for your couple.
When it comes to documenting your expertly crafted aesthetic, tender moments when no one’s looking, and portraits worthy of a permanent place on the feed, the wedding photographer you deserve is one who can do it all (so you don’t have to do a damn thing). Your celebration will be buzzing with lots of simultaneous moments — we've got a second photographer on board to make sure every detail is captured. We'll capture different aspects of your weekend's events as they unfold together, giving you the most comprehensive coverage imaginable.
3. Timeline Assistance
I’ve been to my fair share of weddings, and I’ve got the wisdom to prove it. You can thank me later for the fifteen minute cushion! I've got your back when it comes to planning your day around the best light possible.
4. Online Gallery Experience
You deserve to go viral with friends & family! Be it storing them in the Cloud, printing for framing, or sharing with your crew; our online gallery experience lets you quickly view, select, download, and share your images without the wait for a USB drive.
5. High-resolution downloads and printing rights
Take control of when and how your memories are shared! With each of the mentioned collections, you gain full image use rights, granting you the freedom to print, post, and share your images at your discretion, with anyone and at any time you please.
6. Travel Inclusive
Rest assured, our quoted prices encompass all travel expenses for our photography team, eliminating the need for any additional invoices down the road.

Stephanie is a Dallas based wedding and portrait photographer. Photographing weddings for over 6 years, she cherishes capturing those flawless portraits, but her focus is on preserving the essence of you enjoying special moments with your closest friends and family. This proposal was personally made just for you & meant to answer questions so you know what to expect from Stephanie as your photographer.

A 25% retainer fee is required to hold & purchase your wedding date on my calendar. An 8.25% Texas sales tax will apply on all collections
You can expect a total of 4 equal payments with final balance due 1 month before your wedding. Don't worry, you'll get automated payment reminders!
There is a 1% fee associated with ACH bank transfers. There is a 3.5% fee for paying with any major credit or debit card.
I accept bank transfers, credit & debit cards, or check. However, all of our couples have found it super convenient to pay online.
All payments can be made online & are processed through a payment processor called Maroo. You will get your own unique payment link & reminders for upcoming payments. Auto pay is also an option I offer to all couples.
Travel fees apply for destination weddings & when the venue is 120 miles outside of the 76052 zip code.
